Lovely is the world we live in,
Lovelier are the eyes you behold.
Anger has no room for them.
Love! Love! All around-
Reasons I have none but submit myself
Over your deep dazzling eyes,
Traps my soul into thy heart,
Love! Love! All around-
Untold mysteries lie in those glances,
Angelic comfort I have of them.
Never would I dare to drift away;
God’s best creation- love and beauty
And, it is in Your Eyes I witness.
This is an acrostic poem written for my dear friend, the words are sweet and the lines are simple... the kind of poem we can all enjoy :)
